Stirling Strings provides quality music at affordable rates. Our prices include the performance as well as providing you with advice and assistance in organising and choosing the music for your event.

A meeting to discuss repertoire and other business is not necessary, but if you feel more comfortable meeting in person, a 1/2 hour meeting can be arranged at a cost of $30 at a time that is suitable.

Our per hour rate decreases the more hours you book us for!

Stirling Strings is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Performances outside the greater Brisbane area incurs an additional travelling charge.

Total charges are negotiated for each event on an individual basis, depending on the specific requirements.

Indicative costs for an ensemble for a Brisbane-based wedding are as follows:

WEDDING STRING TRIO

1 hour - String Trio (2 violins and cello)
(eg.) Music 15 minutes before ceremony, bridal entrance, signing of register, exit of bride and groom and remaining time.
$360.00

2 hours - String Trio (2 violins and cello)
(eg.) 1 hour of music for the ceremony plus 1 hour at pre-dinner drinks/canapes/reception
$600.00 (please note - there is an additional charge if there is more than one hour between the ceremony and/or pre-dinner drinks/canapes/reception ie 2:45-3:45pm wedding and 6-7pm reception)

Smaller and larger ensembles and singers can also be arranged upon special request.

Advance bookings of at least 4 weeks are required to ensure availability.
